In this process we use different types of cleaners and tools, depending on the need for cleaning the grout and the type of tile and stone.

The products we use are not harmful and are almost odorless. It is a simple, fast and effective process, where we extract deep dirt from the tiles and pores of the Grout, excessively dirty and neglected areas, grease, wax, soap and other organic materials. The reason why grout gets dirty is because it is highly absorbent and this causes liquids or powders to quickly adhere to the grout, or have an uneven color as a whole that does not let it look clean.

The tiles are non-porous, but they are bonded with grout and over time pick up dirt which takes the life out of every space.

It is a process commonly used after effective cleaning to waterproof and protect grout, tiles and stones from water and dirt that penetrate deeply.

When we use a professional-grade, water-based, durable epoxy formula sealant, we perform a simple process that recolors, seals, and rejuvenates existing dirty or discolored grout joints. It also simplifies continuous grout cleaning, including Microban® antimicrobial protection that prevents the growth of mold and mildew that cause stains on the cured colorant.

And when we use a premium, gloss-free, natural-looking, water-based, penetrating clear sealant; We carry out a protection process for stone, tiles and grout with maximum resistance to stains.

In new construction, grout sealants help protect your floors from the start, which means they'll look new for longer free of mildew and stains. Considering the cost of tile and installation, sealing is a key preventative step to protect your new investment.

When the tile looks old and dirty, you have the possibility to regrouting instead of replacing it.

Complete tile replacement is an expensive process, and this is a low-cost alternative to make your floors look like new. In this process of completely removing the old grout we use special tools, it is a very careful task and it is done when the tiles are in perfect condition.

This is a repair procedure that re-secures loose and hollow tiles to the subfloor.

We inject our proprietary tile adhesive through holes in the grout to fill gaps and voids between the tile and subfloor, bonding loose tile to the subfloor. When dry, the damaged grout work is matched for color and repaired.
